With a dedicated fund of N1.3 billion, spanning over five years, this program aims to provide comprehensive support to female-owned enterprises through a strategic blend of training, coaching, mentoring, and funding.

Key Features
Empowering Entrepreneurs: Over five years, the program seeks to empower a minimum of 2,500 female-owned enterprises. This empowerment is achieved through a combination of financial support and structured training, providing these businesses with the resources they need to thrive.
Annual Educational Impact: A minimum of 500 female entrepreneurs will be educated each year, culminating in the selection of the top 100 achievers. These outstanding entrepreneurs will be eligible for grants of up to N2 million each from a dedicated N200 million annual funds. From the 3rd year, the annual fund has been increased to N300 million to accommodate the current inflation rate, so grantees will get up to N3,000,000 each.
Business and Life Skills Application Criteria
- Age Range: 18 years to 50 years.
- Gender: Female (If co-owned with a man, applicants must possess at least 51% ownership of the business).
- Access to Internet-enabled Devices: Applicants must have access to devices for virtual training over 4 months.
- Business Phase: Startups
- Geographic Scope: Businesses must be located in Nigeria, with specific locations announced annually.
